Directions to Brown Creek Campground: from Hwy 101, about six miles north of Shelton and 4 miles south of Potlatch, Turn west onto the Skokomish Valley Road (this is near a fish hatchery, and a bridge over Hwy 101).  Drive 5 miles thru the Skokomish Valley, and veer right onto Forest Rd 23. Then drive 9 miles to Forest Rd 2353. Bear right once again, and cont. across the Brown Creek Bridge (see first photo, above). Immediately, Take a sharp right for 1/2-3/4 miles to the campground. Note: the gravel roads here are quite passable.
