Bonaparte Lake Campground and Resort

The shoreline of the smaller camping area adjacent to the Day Use Area

The larger loop is slightly less private, but has better access to the fishing dock and the lake in general.

The Boat Launch

Shore Reeds in the middle of the lake effectively give the open water a dumbell shape.

Nearby Bonaparte Lake Resort provides a small store, propane, cabins, and boat rentals, but is too cluttered to recommend for camping.

Bonaparte Mountain Trail #306 leads to an historic lookout tower and cabin built in 1914 and now on the National Register of Historic Places.
