Many sites have panoramic views of Willapa Harbor and Willapa Bay; others are tucked into "Older Growth" forest.

While views of the Harbor are quite good, walking on the beach is more of a challenge. Rockier beaches can be found on the south side of the Bay Center Peninsula, or at the Bay Center/Willapa Bay KOA.

The best sites for tenters and bikers are on the B-spur (sites B1-B11). The best for small self-contained RVs are A 1-5.
