The campround is now operated by Dakota Columbia Houseboat Adventures, who promise many new upgrades to the park.

Despite some curious campground reviews, the campsites are large, well-spaced, lush, and mostly level:

The Lake was at its yearly low during our visit...

...but the ferry was running full and on time.
